Please note that after purchasing the Gift Voucher, it will be sent immediately to the provided email address for self-printing or forwarding. Voucher includes:

Additionally, free of charge during the stay: unlimited use of the Wellness complex including: 12x19.5m swimming pool, jacuzzi, 3 types of saunas (Finnish, Turkish, infrared), deck chairs and pool towels during complex opening hours, "Jack's Place" Music Club with a welcome drink for each guest, Internet access, and parking (subject to availability).

To speed up hotel parking entry, please provide the vehicle registration number in advance. Our system will then recognize your car and open the barrier upon arrival.
The voucher is valid for 6 months from the purchase date. The guest's preferred date must each time be confirmed in writing by Hotel Prezydent Reception. Blackout dates are in the voucher purchase terms available via the "Buy Voucher" button.
The voucher can be used up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Services and stays booked by the Guest at the Hotel exceeding the voucher value must be paid in cash or by credit card at the Hotel. The voucher has no cash value, is not exchangeable for cash, and is non-refundable.
Hotel Prezydent is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers. If a voucher is lost or stolen and the Hotel confirms it has not yet been used, the previously issued voucher may be canceled and a new voucher issued upon written decision of the Hotel Director.
The voucher can be used on weekdays and towards weekend stays. Excluded dates: Christmas-New Year period (from Christmas Eve to Epiphany), winter break, Easter holidays, long weekends in May, June, November, Jan Kiepura Festival, Economic Forum, Running Festival.
