As part of the stay, we provide the Hotel Guests with free access to:

- entry to the hotel Music Club Jack's Place during its opening hours (live music or disco all week)
- unlimited access to a professional gym during SPA opening hours

- free luggage storage and sports equipment storage (ski storage)
According to Article 106b, paragraph 5 of the VAT Act, if you would like to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us of this fact during the reservation process. Please provide the details for which the invoice should be issued along with the NIP number. Only if we include the NIP number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the NIP number during the reservation will prevent the issuance of a VAT invoice at a later date.

Zgodnie z art. 106b ust. 5 ustawy o VAT w przypadku, gdy będą Państwo chcieli otrzymać fakturą VAT do zamówienia/rezerwacji należy o tym fakcie poinformować nas w trakcie dokonywania rezerwacji. Prosimy o podanie danych na jakie ma być wystawiona faktura wraz z podaniem numeru NIP. Tylko w przypadku umieszczenia przez nas numeru NIP na paragonie będą Państwo mogli otrzymać fakturę VAT. Brak podania numeru NIP w trakcie dokonywania rezerwacji uniemożliwi wystawienie faktury VAT w późniejszym terminie.
Warunki rezerwacji i ewentualnej anulacji pobytu
Do rezerwacji pobytu wymagana jest wpłata zadatku lub całej przedpłaty za pobyt z góry, za pośrednictwem systemu płatności online. Dokonując wpłaty zadatku lub bezzwrotnej przedpłaty, potwierdza Pani/Pan zawarcie Umowy pobytu w Hotelu Prezydent, zgodnie z załączonym regulaminem rezerwacji. Anulowanie rezerwacji jest możliwe wyłącznie w wyjątkowych przypadkach, zgodnie z Regulaminem rezerwacji .W przypadku nie pojawienia się Pani/Pana w obiekcie w dniu przyjazdu, wpłacona przedpłata lub zadatek nie podlega zwrotowi.
