Additionally, free of charge as part of your stay, we offer:

- unlimited use during opening hours of the Wellness complex including: a 12x19.5m pool, jacuzzi, 3 types of saunas (Finnish, Turkish, and infrared); sun loungers and pool towels (subject to availability)

Each stay package always starts with dinner and ends with breakfast. The hotel reserves the right to freely adjust the price list depending on hotel occupancy during the given period.
According to Art. 106b sec. 5 of the VAT Act, if you wish to receive a VAT invoice for the order/reservation, please inform us of this fact during the booking process. Please provide the data for which the invoice should be issued along with the VAT number (NIP). Only if we include the VAT number on the receipt will you be able to receive a VAT invoice. Failure to provide the VAT number during the reservation process will make it impossible to issue a VAT invoice later.
Reservation Conditions
To guarantee a reservation, a 100% non-refundable deposit is required (50% deposit payable at the time of booking, the remaining 50% before December 1, 2025). After December 1, 2025, reservations are only accepted upon payment of a 100% non-refundable deposit. Due to very high demand for stays during the New Year's Eve period, failure to pay the deposit constituting 100% of the reservation value before December 1, 2025, will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund of the deposit. - Aqua massage - “dry water massage,” a dry massage session lasts 10 minutes, which corresponds to a 30-minute manual massage session. The massage is performed without removing clothes, it is very intense thanks to 36 pulsating nozzles along the entire body. After the session, everyone is pleasantly relaxed and refreshed.
- Scottish showers - a strongly stimulating and activating treatment, consisting of alternating application of cold and warm water streams from a nozzle from a distance of 3-4m.
- Face mapping - our therapist will develop a face map, examine the skin and prepare an individual care program in the hotel SPA.

A deposit or full prepayment for the stay via the online payment system is required to confirm a reservation. By paying the deposit or non-refundable prepayment, you confirm entering into the Stay Agreement with Hotel Prezydent, in accordance with the attached reservation regulations. Cancellation of the reservation is only possible in exceptional cases, according to the Reservation Regulations. In case of no-show on the day of arrival, the paid prepayment or deposit is non-refundable.
